Our Team

Shareholders:

Thomas A. Gaitens founded our firm in 1979, following ten years of diverse experience with Coopers & Lybrand.  He directs the firm’s tax, litigation and business valuation services.

Sally A. Gaitens joined the professional staff of ThomasGaitens PC in 1981.  Sally directs the firms attest services.

Robert O. Waters III began his professional career with ThomasGaitens PC in 2005.  Bob has extensive experience in the areas of individual and business taxation, as well as estates, trust and tax exempt organizations.

Our associate professional staff is comprised of individuals with similar backgrounds.  They bring to our firm solid academic foundations and diverse experience.

Our professional staff holds the following certifications:  Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA).
